GOMIA, Sept. 12 -- Tension gripped Saram Bazar locality under Gomia police station of Bokaro district after a clash between youths of two communities over the route of Moharram procession here on Tuesday evening.
Irate members of the minority community hurled stones at public and police personnel at Achhoiya tola and damaged nearby shops, sources said. Reacting to incident, members of other community ransacked shops belonging to minority community. According to SDPO, Bermo, Satish Chandra Jha, police force has been deployed in area and police arrested few persons in connection with violence.
