Bhopal, April 7 -- The Urban Development and Housing Department has decided to implement the Chief Minister's Urban Development Scheme, aimed at enhancing green spaces and promoting an aesthetically pleasing environment in urban areas across the state. A budgetary provision of Rs 750 crore has been allocated for this five-year scheme, which will run until 2028-29. The state government will fund the initiative through its financial resources.
Under the scheme, the department will provide financial assistance of up to Rs 2 crore 50 lakhs for the development of each Nagar Van.
