Ujjain, March 31 -- Marking the beginning of the Indian New Year, Vikram Samvat 2082, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Sunday offerred Arghya to the rising Sun in Ujjain. He performed the traditional worship of the Vikram flag and the sacred Gudi at the Dutt Akhada Ghat. Extending his heartfelt greetings to the people of the state and the country, Dr. Yadav wished for prosperity and happiness for all.
