Bhopal, March 18 -- Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated that today is a significant day for the state's Cheetah Project and wildlife conservation efforts. A female cheetah named "Gamini," brought from South Africa, along with her four cubs, is being released from an enclosure into the open habitat of Kuno National Park in Sheopur.
Yadav emphasized that from the perspective of biodiversity, the reintroduction of cheetahs from South Africa to Indian soil is not just an important project for the country but also for the entire Asian continent.
