Ranchi, May 28 -- The central government has again sent a reminder to the state government in the case of state DGP Anurag Gupta. The central government in its reminder has again stated that the appointment of Anurag Gupta to the post of DGP is not as per the rules. The Centre has also said that the state does not have the right to make rules in the case of All India Service officers.
This is the third letter written by the Central Government in the DGP case.
