Chandigarh, May 12 -- After days of high tension, fear, and uncertainty, a fragile calm has returned to Punjab - particularly in its sensitive border belt - following a significant understanding between India and Pakistan to cease all military actions across land, air, and sea. The agreement, announced on Saturday evening, has begun to restore normalcy to everyday life in many parts of the State.
