Shimla, May 31 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Thursday expressed strong concerns over the recent ceasefire declaration by the Union Government, claiming that it was announced without consulting the Indian armed forces.
Sukhu, speaking at the 'Jai Hind Sabha' held in Shimla, paid glowing tributes to the brave soldiers of Himachal Pradesh and the country, while also questioning the Centre's approach to national security. "Today is a day to salute our martyrs, who laid down their lives for the country," said Sukhu.
