Indore, June 8 -- Indore hospitals will now offer free, cashless treatment up to Rs 1.5 lakh for road accident victims under the newly launched 'Cashless Treatment Scheme 2025'.

At a meeting on Friday, Indore Collector Ashish Singh instructed hospital operators to register within three days and ensure the scheme is fully implemented across all facilities within a week.

The scheme, initiated by the Centre, aims to ensure swift, free treatment for accident victims at designated hospitals. Treatment will be cashless for up to seven days or until Rs 1.5 lakh is exhausted.
