Chandigarh, Feb. 20 -- The Budget session of the Haryana Assembly will begin on Tuesday with Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, who holds the Finance portfolio, likely to present his last Budget of the current assembly on Friday.

As Vidhan Sabha polls are scheduled later this year, this budget session is likely to be a stormy affair with the opposition Congress deciding to corner the ruling BJP-JJP alliance over a host of issues, including unemployment, rising debt and farmers' plight.
