R SHARMA, April 24 -- A community service program was held at 5 PM in the settlement opposite Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Sector 3C. BSL officials Shashank Shekhar (Assistant General Manager, Township Services) and Brajesh Pandey (Senior Manager, SMS New) led the initiative, which included an awareness workshop, medical check-up camp, information on government schemes, and distribution of sanitation kits.
The program began with a health and hygiene awareness film for local women and adolescent girls. Participants were informed about various welfare schemes of the Jharkhand government and encouraged to avail their benefits.
Medical tests such as blood pressure, weight, and BMI were conducted, followed by the distribution of hygiene kits.
