Bokaro, June 7 -- To commemorateWorld Environment Day 2025, theEnvironment Protection and Sustainability Departmentof Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) launched a large-scale tree plantation campaign across Bokaro Steel City and plant areas, aiming to promote environmental awareness.
The drive began at theSahbhagita Udyannear the main gate of BSL, where Executive Director In-Charge C.R. Mahapatra planted a sapling, symbolising BSL's commitment to sustainability. Joining the occasion were CGM (Services) P.K. Baisakhia, CGM (Maintenance) Sharad Gupta, CGM (Town Services) Kundan Kumar, CGM (Environment & Sustainability) D.K. Saxena, along with other senior executives and staff.
