India, Feb. 17 -- Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) achieved a major milestone on February 15 with the go-live of its Human Capital Management (HCM) system, becoming India's first public sector enterprise to fully comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
The Fusion-based HCM system, "Prakhar," aims to automate HR processes, enhance transparency, and improve employee experience. The second phase of this project was completed on schedule.
