Jammu, Aug. 29 -- The Border Security Force (BSF) has intensified its vigil along the International Border with Pakistan in the Jammu sector, where devastating flash floods have submerged vast stretches of the frontier under three to four feet of water, damaging border infrastructure and complicating security operations.
Braving all odds, BSF jawans, equipped with modern patrol boats, drones, and advanced surveillance tools, have ramped up both boat and foot patrols to secure the riverine belts and maintain a 24x7 guard.
The flooding has forced the BSF to adapt its operational tactics as well.
