BOKARO, Feb. 25 -- Bokaro Deputy Commissioner (DC) Vijaya Jadhav chaired a meeting on Saturday to assess preparations for managing crowds at Bokaro and Chandrapura railway stations during the final days of Kumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj. The meeting at the Collectorate included Superintendent of Police Manoj Swargiary, ADRM Adra Division Vineet Kumar, and other key officials.
The DC emphasized heightened vigilance as crowd numbers are expected to surge. The ADRM reported the deployment of over 150 personnel from RPF, GRP, and district police, with DSPs overseeing crowd control.
