Bhopal, July 2 -- Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre (BMHRC) marked its 25th foundation day on Tuesday with a silver jubilee celebration led by Bhopal MP Alok Sharma, who inaugurated the year-long commemorations and called for the hospital's elevation to a full-fledged medical college.

At a ceremony held on National Doctors' Day, Sharma planted a sapling, unveiled a new high-resolution echocardiography machine, and launched a special silver jubilee logo. He also unveiled portraits of ancient Indian medical pioneers Charaka and Sushruta, paying tribute to their enduring legacy. Dedicated doctors at the hospital were felicitated for their service.
