Bhopal, May 11 -- Stepping up preparedness, Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre on Saturday activated emergency protocols to ensure full readiness for any medical crisis. Acting Director Dr Manisha Srivastava convened a high-level meeting with senior doctors and administrative officials to review preparedness, assess resources, and finalise a rapid response strategy for potential emergencies.
She issued immediate orders cancelling all leave for doctors, nursing staff, and employees. No new leave requests will be approved to ensure uninterrupted medical services. Departments have been instructed to stockpile essential medicines, life-saving drugs, and critical medical equipment without delay.
