Bhopal, Feb. 6 -- Less than three weeks to go before the start of the Global Investors Summit, the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Wednesday said it has launched a new initiative to improve the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the city.
The focus of the initiative is on maintaining green spaces along roads and removing waste from public areas, including construction and demolition (C&D) debris, plastic, and other rubbish.
The BMC aims to create a cleaner, more organized urban environment by ensuring that waste is cleared quickly and that fines are imposed on those caught littering, burning waste, or displaying goods outside shops.
