BHOPAL, Feb. 12 -- In a crucial move for worker health, the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Tuesday organised a health check-up camp at Yadgar-e-Shahjahani Garbage Transfer Station for sanitation workers and vehicle drivers.
The camp, which was attended by 70 workers, was led by Dr. Zia Anis and other medical professionals who provided comprehensive health screenings, distributed medicines, and offered vital health advice to the workers involved in sanitation services.
This initiative is part of ongoing efforts by the BMC to safeguard the well-being of its employees, particularly those engaged in the city's sanitation work, a high-risk profession.
