Ranchi, March 8 -- BJP state spokesperson Kunal Sarangi today raised questions on appointment letters distributed by the Chief Minister, saying what happened to the Khatian based planning policy of JMM, Local Planning Policy, 1932. The BJP leader questioned that the State government should tell the public why the illusion of Khatian based planning policy was shown to the unemployed for four and a half years.
He said that the state government should tell on the basis of which planning policy these appointments have been made.
