New Delhi, Feb. 12 -- BJP MP from South Delhi Ramvir Singh Bidhuri on Tuesday raised the demand in the Lok Sabha to regularize 69 colonies like Sainik Farm and provide all civic amenities in them. He also said just as a decision has been taken to regularize 1,700 unauthorized colonies, in the same way these colonies should also be regularized. The matter of these colonies is stuck for a long time.
Bidhuri said in the House that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government has regularized more than 1,700 colonies of the capital. The work of giving ownership rights and providing civic amenities in these colonies is going on at a fast pace, but a decision has not been taken about 69 colonies like Sainik Farm.
