BHUBANSWAR, March 24 -- Rishabh Nanda, son of BJD Rajya Sabha member and spokesperson Prashanta Nanda, joined the BJP here on Thursday.
Rishabh joined the BJP in the presence of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, BJP national vice-president Baijayant Panda and State president Basant Panda.
Rishabh said he joined the saffron party after being driven by ideals of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and developmental works done by his Government.
Sources said Nanda joined the BJP as his all efforts to get a ticket from the BJD for Begunia Assembly constituency failed.
