India, Nov. 9 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Saturday addressed a series of rallies across Bihar, declaring that public enthusiasm clearly reflected a returning wave for the NDA. Speaking in Belhar, Pipra and Bodh Gaya, Yadav said the "pulse of the people" suggested the alliance was on course to form the next government in the heartland state.

Yadav urged voters to stay active until polling day on November 11, saying every vote would shape Bihar's future.
