Bhopal, May 6 -- Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh on Monday directed officials to prioritise the revival of damaged gardens and green spaces. Departments have been asked to coordinate and prepare action plans for implementation ahead of the rains.
At a review meeting, Singh instructed officials to identify all parks and public land within urban Bhopal where plantation is feasible. Plans must also include long-term maintenance.
The meeting was attended by CEO Zila Panchayat Ila Tiwari, Joint Commissioner Vinod Yadav, and officials from Forest, Municipal Corporation, Capital Project Authority, and related departments.
