Indore, May 16 -- A 27-year-old bank employee from Bhopal ended her life by slitting her wrist in Indore, allegedly driven by severe financial stress and harassment from loan recovery agents. The victim, Shalu, a sales executive at Axis Bank, was found in a pool of blood in the Silicon City First Block area during the early hours of Thursday.

The grim discovery was made by students Sangam and Somil, who rushed the severely injured woman to Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital (MY Hospital), where she succumbed during treatment.
