Bhopal, April 22 -- With the gradual increase in temperatures, hot and humid conditions prevailed on the weekend making people of the Capital to remain indoors.
Day temperatures have soared to 40 degree Celsius in the state and state capital. Temperatures would increase gradually in the absence of system which could induce abrupt change. Abrupt changes were harsh still they provided relief from scorching weather conditions.
The State Capital witnessed 38.3 degree Celsius during the day. Hot winds were not witnessed but sun shine was prickling. The day temperatures started to soar from the morning hours and peaked by afternoon. The hotness was witnessed till late in the evening as winds were not soothing.
