Kolkata, Feb. 9 -- In what is being termed a political masterstroke by the Bengal Chief Minister the poll-bound Mamata Banerjee Government on Thursday placed what the BJP called a "Santa Clause Budget" tossing one "lollipop" after the other at the Aam Aadmi in general and women - hitherto considered her electoral mainstay - in particular.

Caught off guard as the BJP resorted to creating a ruckus the Chief Minister stood up at once and reminded of the suspension handed out to the opposition MPs in Parliament by the saffron government before asking them to behave so that the Bengal government was not forced take unpleasant decisions.
