Chandigarh, May 12 -- Launching a scathing attack on Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, senior Congress leader and the Leader of Opposition in Vidhan Sabha Partap Singh Bajwa on Sunday accused him of making "insulting and derogatory" remarks against farmers and betraying their struggle. The Congress leader demanded a public apology from Mann, calling his recent comments not only "mockery of theannadata" but also a "shameful betrayal" of Punjab's agrarian community.
