BHOPAL, Feb. 11 -- Yogesh Hingorani, accused of assaulting Hero Gyan Chandani, brother of Congress leader Harish Gyan Chandani, who lives in Bairagarh, surrendered in the court on Monday.
The accused has surrendered in the court of Judge Arunendra Pratap Singh.
Hero Gyan Chandani had lodged a complaint in Bairagarh police station in December against Yogesh, brother Nilesh and father Ramesh Gyanchandani, posted as a clerk in a government department.
Nilesh and Ramesh have previously got bail from the court. A case of illegal possession of a pistol is also registered against the accused in Gandhi Nagar police station.
