Ranchi, June 20 -- Australian Consul General, Kolkata, Andrew Ford, met Chief Minister Raghubar Das at Project Building Secretariat here on Wednesday.
During the meeting Ford said that Australia wants to further strengthen relations with India. He also urged to provide cooperation in mining technology, education, water harvesting etc in the State. He said that Jharkhand is developing very fast. Natural resources in the State are also abundant, like Australia; there are a lot of resources here too. "Australia is quite a leader in the field of mining technology. If the Jharkhand Government wants, Australia is ready for all possible cooperation," he said urging the CM to come to Australia and look at the mining facilities.
