India, Jan. 7 -- The Delhi Assembly was adjourned two times on the second day of the Winter Session on Tuesday, with the ruling BJP MLAs seeking an apology from the AAP members for "spreading lies" that directions were issued for the counting of stray dogs by the Government school teachers.
Speaker Vijender Gupta had a hard time controlling the protesting legislators before adjourning the House for 30 minutes, soon after the sitting started around 11 am.
