Bhopal, April 16 -- What began as a peaceful celebration of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's birth anniversary took a tragic turn late Monday night in Morena district, after a rally turned into a violent clash, resulting in one death and two injuries.
The incident occurred in the Hingona Khurd area under the jurisdiction of Civil Lines Police Station. The rally, organized by members of the Jatav community, featured DJ music and was part of their Ambedkar Jayanti celebrations. However, tensions flared when members of the neighbouring Gurjar community raised objections to the loud music, citing a birthday celebration in their household.
