New Delhi, May 13 -- The Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMOs) of India and Pakistan held talks on Monday. They deliberated on various aspects of the understanding reached between the two sides on May 10 on stopping military actions and firings, it was learnt.

Even though peace prevailed after cessation of hostilities, India on Monday said all its military bases and systems continue to remain fully operational and ready to undertake any mission if the need arises. Hours ahead of the DGMO talks, senior officials of the Indian military addressed a media briefing, highlighting various aspects of the Operation Sindoor.
