RAIPUR, July 7 -- All 40 government-approved 10+2 schools in English medium set up across Chhattisgarh as an alternative to expensive privately-run schools will be operational from the new academic session.

"All the 40 schools will adhere to the guidelines of Right to Education (RTE) Act," Jitendra Shukla, Director Public Instruction, told the Pioneer.

The new academic session will start from July 15 and classes will initially run online, he said.

All staff will be appointed on contractual basis, added the Director. People on deputation can also serve in these schools.
