Bhopal, March 23 -- Jabalpur High Court has granted anicipatory bail to Aishbagh TI Jitendra Garhwal, who went underground on the charges of demanding bribes in exchange for saving fake call center operators in Bhopal.
The court of High Court Judge Maninder S Bhatti has given him the benefit of anticipatory bail.
Meanwhile, the main accused in the case, ASI Pawan Raghuvanshi, is still absconding. Along with him, ASI Manoj Singh and head constable Dharmendra Singh, along with other accused Moin Anshul Parshad, are also absconding.
Pawan is accused of keeping Rs 4.94 lakh of bribe at home. He had taken the diaries of important cases with him even after being reported to the line. His conduct was constantly suspicious.
