Bhopal, July 13 -- Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya is working for national integration, and promotes research and training for salvage and revitalisation of vanishing but valuable cultural traditions.
On Friday, Air Marshal, Ajit Shankar Rao Bhonsle, VSM, AVSM, Indian Air Force (Member of UPSC) visited Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya on the bank of 7 mile long Bhopal upper lake.
On this occasion they visited the rock art shelters, Desert and Coastal village and Tribal Habitat Open-air Exhibition and Indoor exhibition Building, Veethi Sankul of the museum.
They were guided through the visit by Director, IGRMS, Prof Sarit Kumar Chaudhuri and KK Basa (Tagore
Fellow).
