BHOPAL, Feb. 23 -- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal has successfully conducted another renal transplant, reinforcing its dedication to provide advanced healthcare services. The transplant was performed on a 32-year-old man from Udaipura, district Raisen, who received a kidney from his 52-year-old mother.

The donor nephrectomy was conducted using a minimally invasive laparoscopic technique, ensuring a smooth and less painful recovery for the donor. The entire procedure lasted six hours, and the recipient is now in stable condition with normal renal function.
