Bhopal, June 15 -- In observance of World Blood Donor Day, AIIMS Bhopal organized a special awareness campaign to promote voluntary blood donation and educate the public on its critical role in saving lives. The initiative was led by Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh, Executive Director of AIIMS Bhopal, and witnessed widespread participation from faculty members, resident doctors, nursing officers, students, staff, and members of the general public.
World Blood Donor Day is commemorated annually on June 14 to honor the altruistic contributions of blood donors and to raise awareness about the constant need for safe and adequate blood supplies.
