Ranchi, March 18 -- District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi Manjunath Bhajantri chaired an important meeting in view of the problem of drinking water in summer through video conference with all the concerned officials here on Monday.
In the meeting, the DC instructed all the concerned officials to get the broken hand pumps repaired in the rural areas of the district as soon as possible. He took it seriously so that people do not have to face the problem of drinking water in the summer season and gave special instructions to Ranchi Municipal Corporation, Executive Engineer, Drinking Water and Sanitation Division, East and West, Ranchi.
