India, Dec. 13 -- Four months after the Delhi Assembly passed the Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Bill, 2025, to regulate fees in private schools amid protests by parents over arbitrary hikes, the Delhi government officially notified the Act on Wednesday. The Gazette notification was issued following approval from Lieutenant Governor (LG) Vinai Kumar Saxena.
