NEW DELHI, Sept. 5 -- The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) has written a letter to the Chief Secretary of Delhi (CS) Vijay Dev requesting permission to investigate allegations regarding hiring Civil Defense Marshals that involves District Magistrate (Shahdra) Kuldeep Pakad and Divisional Commissioner Rajeev Verma for making illegal domicile (Delhi) certificates of around 400 candidates from Rajasthan. The ACB has received complaints from the public and also from Leader of Opposition (LOP) Vijender Gupta that there is a scam in appointing marshals for Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and Cluster buses.
