Ranchi, Nov. 17 -- The Aam Admi Party (AAP) today released its manifesto for the upcoming State Assembly Election in Jharkhand at its party headquarters here on Saturday. The party announced that compulsory and uniform education for all and the Government schools will be made world class and Anganwadi will be developed as play schools if the party is voted to power in the State.

AAP State Convener Jaishankar Chaudhary said that the manifesto is a sacred agreement with the people, which the party considers to be its first obligation.
