Chandigarh, Feb. 27 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday announced its sitting Rajya Sabha MP and industrialist Sanjeev Arora as party candidate for the Ludhiana West Assembly by-election - triggering widespread speculation that AAP's national convenor and Delhi's former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal might be eyeing Arora's soon-to-be-vacant Rajya Sabha seat.
