New Delhi, March 13 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday stepped up its attack on the BJP, reminding it of yet another unfulfilled election promise, free LPG cylinders to women on Holi and staged protest demonstrations across 40 locations in the national capital.
With the BJP's earlier pledge of Rs 2,500 for women proving to be a "jumla", Aam Aadmi Party leaders, including senior leader and former MLA Rituraj Jha and former Delhi Mayor Dr Shelly Oberoi-led demonstrations demanding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi deliver on his commitments.
