Chandigarh, Sept. 22 -- Announcing its full support to the farmers' strike on September 25 against anti-agriculture Draconian laws, Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Punjab unit on Monday directed all its leaders and workers-volunteers to stand firm in this struggle.

The party has announced a program on September 24 to protest against these black laws by forming human chains across Punjab.

A delegation of MLAs and leaders, led by the Leader of Opposition in Vidhan Sabha Harpal Singh Cheema and Punjab in-charge Jarnail Singh (MLA), handed over a memorandum to the President through Punjab Governor and appealed not to approve the anti-agriculture laws.
