New Delhi, May 3 -- Delhi PWD Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma said on Friday, despite a record 77 mm rainfall in Delhi on Thursday night and several areas of the capital experiencing water logging, due to alertness and swift response of the Public Works Department (PWD), over 90 per cent of the complaints were resolved within just two hours.

The Minister began inspections early Friday morning and personally visited Minto Road and other affected areas. He reviewed the waterlogging situation with officials and monitored drainage and dewatering efforts on-site.
