Ranchi, April 30 -- The School Education and Literacy Department of the state government is starting a strong and powerful campaign against drug abuse through 'Prahari Club' in 2700 secondary/higher secondary schools of class 9 to 12 in the state. These clubs will make school children aware of the ill effects of drugs and will inspire them to stay away from drugs. Through the Prahari Club, students will be informed about the social, physical and mental harms of drug abuse, and will also be encouraged to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This initiative will not only make children aware of the dangers of drug addiction, but will also lead them towards a safe future by giving them the right information and guidance.
