Bhopal, April 24 -- A 71-year-old man was robbed of his mobile phone during his routine evening walk in Chhatrasal Nagar, Piplani area of Bhopal, after being targeted by bike-borne miscreants. The incident has once again raised concerns over public safety in residential localities of the city.
The victim, Sudarshan Sharma, a resident of Bhavani Dham Colony, was on his daily walk when three unidentified men on a motorcycle approached him and swiftly snatched his phone before fleeing the scene. The robbery took place on Tuesday evening and was executed within seconds. Fortunately, Sharma was unharmed.
