DEHRADUN, March 20 -- In order to promote cultural engagement, 51 replicas of the artifacts displayed at the Himalayan Cultural Centre (HCC) have been prepared. The director of Culture department, Beena Bhatt stated that a total of 123 replicas of the museum's artifacts will be prepared in three stages. She said that the first round has been completed with the making of 51 replicas. The remaining 72 replicas are currently being developed in the second and third stages and will be finalised soon, she added.

Bhatt further said that the procedure of making the replicas is long as every detail of the original artefact has to be replicated. The work of making all the replicas is expected to be completed within three months, she added.
