India, Oct. 30 -- Around 500 Indian nationals have crossed into Thailand following a major crackdown on cyber fraud hubs operating out of Myanmar, officials familiar with the matter said. The Indian Government is now coordinating with Thai authorities to facilitate their return home once the necessary legal procedures are completed. According to reports, the Indians-many of whom were either victims or workers at these scam centres-escaped from the KK Park complex in Myanmar, a known hotspot for transnational cybercrime.
