Ranchi, Feb. 1 -- A five and a half year old girl suffering from Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) disease has been admitted to a private hospital in Ranchi. The girl has been kept on ventilator support.
The Doctor who is treating the girl said that there is no need to panic about this disease, but caution and timely treatment is the only way to prevent it.
Child specialist Dr Rajesh, who is treating the girl suffering from GBS, said that about eight days ago a couple brought this girl, then the condition of the girl was very serious and she was not able to move.
